TriStruX was founded as a result of a merger between Telecom Engineering Group (“TEG”) and Leone Electric Company (“LEC”). In November 2020, TriStruX has acquired High Point Utilities (“High Point”), a regional broadband network construction and maintenance company. Hunter Street Partners and Five Crowns Credit Partners financed both the merger and subsequent acquisition.
TriStruX provides complete turnkey telecommunications service solutions across the continent United States to major US telecommunications and cable companies. The company provides telecommunications infrastructure solutions for cellular macro towers and 5G wireless fiber, underground and overhead, as well as installation and maintenance of power and electricity. TriStruX provides service in over 20 states, primarily along the Eastern Seaboard, including New York Cityas well as the American Southwest and Texas.
